Shop the States - the online shopping service for shoppers outside the United States might be useful. I know that when I’ve had things shipped from the States I’ve paid double the value in crossing the border. UPS is very, very bad for this. Where FedEx or the Post Office might charge $5 UPS will charge $30, minimum.
