Paladin macros
This looks very useful
Here it is guys: the idiot-proof macro for Righteous Defense. I say idiot-proof because if you’re targeting an enemy that isn’t targeting you, it works like taunt, if it is already targeting you and you press it by mistake it won’t activate its cooldown and if you press it when targeting an ally it will work like normal. Cheesy
“/cast [help] Righteous Defense; [target=targettarget] Righteous Defense”
As does this one
Quick Judge: This works well for if you want to dart in and judge Wisdom or Light before stepping back to heal.
#showtooltip
/castsequence [harm] reset=target/shift Seal of Light, Judgement

That isn’t the idiot-proof macro for RD, it’s missing one key element (and is written in the old syntax to boot).
The idiotproof RD macro is
/cast [target=mouseover, help][help][target=targettarget, help] Righteous Defense
Why use this one? Simply because you’ll normally keybind RD, and adding [target=mouseover, help] at start will allow you to press the key while you’re simply hovering over your party member’s unit frame with your mouse pointer. As we tend not to have any issues keeping hate on our primary targets, it’s the adds outside of consecration radius or the added spawns which we need to catch, and wowinsider’s forces you to retarget to get them.
