		<description>My shed turned office cost me $5,980. 
$3400 for the pre-fab shed (installation included)
$1500 for electrical, phone and cable hook-up
$80 for the flooring
$800 for sheetrock, trim, baseboard, ceiling fan
$200 for office furniture from craigslist
I plan on spending another $200 for air conditioning -it gets hot here in Northern California

		<description>I read the follow up article and Brian goes into further detail.  Definitely worth looking into if you need extra office space.  I think something like this would have cut down on my mom&#039;s stress levels for the (few) years my dad ran his business from his office in the house.</description>
