The Simple Dollar has a guide showing How To Write an Effective Thank You Note for Any Occasion. I don’t tend to write a lot of thank you notes, though it’s a habit I’d like to get into more.

After doing the daily fishing quest for quite some time, getting three crocolisk pets (two on the same toon sadly) and two fancy fishing lines (both on the same toon, very sadly), I finally got the fishing hat! The bonus it provides is trivial, the stats are nothing to write home about, but I’m still thrilled to have it. I’m going to be carrying it around with me just because it’s fun to have a hat especially for fishing.

I didn’t level fishing on Flint - Jaimie leveled it for me so that Flint could fish in ZG and give her an extra crack at the Polymorph Turtle tome. I leveled fishing on Tristam as he leveled and I managed to get him to 375 fishing. For my other two 70s I’ve been using the Crocolisks in the city fishing quest to level fishing. They both started with 1 fishing and thanks to the daily quests have hit 253 and 190 fishing.
